Terms of service

These terms cover Text Me The Job, a service of Darkhorse Traders LLC, 7959 N Thornydale Rd #89792, Tucson, AZ 85752 ("we," "us"). By paying, sending an order form, or using a preview, you agree to them.

1. Packages

Site — $497. A one-page mobile website in the style you pick, with a tap-to-quote builder: customer requests open as a text to the phone number you give us. Includes your domain and hosting for year one, search basics (a page title and description, your business details marked up for Google, a sitemap) and 2 rounds of changes. Delivery: live within 48 hours of your completed order form.

Site + Kit — $697. Everything in Site, plus a launch kit: 8 post images with captions, 3 short video scripts, truck magnet and QR yard sign artwork as print-ready files, and copy-and-paste listings for Google, Facebook, Nextdoor and Craigslist. Delivery: site and kit within 3 days (72 hours) of your completed order form.

Done-for-you — $997. Everything in Site + Kit, plus a new logo (see section 5), setup of your Google Business Profile, and 3 town pages: one extra page for each of up to 3 towns you pick, written with what you tell us about your work there. Delivery: 3 logo options within 2 business days of your completed order form, then your site and kit live within 3 business days after you approve your logo.

Not included in any package: printing, extra pages (beyond the 3 town pages in Done-for-you), custom features (see section 8), paid ads, and anything not listed above. We don't promise search rankings or any number of leads. Add-ons, only if you order them: Spanish version $197, Google Business Profile setup $197 (included in Done-for-you), extra service section $97, promo banner $97, third round of changes $97.

A completed order form means we have your business name, the phone number for texts, your services and prices, your domain choices (or the domain you already own), and (for Done-for-you) your logo brief.

Delivered means your site is live at its web address and we've texted you the link. For Site + Kit and Done-for-you, it also means we've sent your launch kit files.

2. Payment

  • Each package is one payment, by card, before we start. There are no payment plans.
  • Add-ons are paid when you order them.
  • No monthly fee in year one.
  • Upgrading later: pay the difference between packages.

3. Delivery guarantee & refunds

  • The guarantee: we deliver within your package's delivery time (section 1), counted from your completed order form. If we miss it, you get your build fee back, meaning the package price you paid.
  • The clock pauses while we're waiting on something only you can give us. That includes a missing price list, an answer to a question we text you, your logo pick, or access to a domain you already own.
  • If your own domain isn't connected yet (for example, you're bringing a domain you already own), we deliver your site on a temporary link and move it to your domain as soon as we can. Delivery on the temporary link counts as on time.
  • Google's verification of your Business Profile is not part of any delivery time (see section 7).
  • The clock also pauses during an outage at a company we rely on, such as our hosting provider, the domain registrar or Google. This is rare, and we'll tell you if it happens.
  • Outside the guarantee, payments aren't refundable once we've started building, because the work is custom to your business.
  • Add-ons are refundable only if we haven't started them.
  • To ask for a refund, text 520-261-9849 or email info@darkhorsetraders.com with your order number. We pay approved refunds within 14 days, to the original payment method.

4. Changes

  • Every package includes 2 rounds of changes in year one.
  • A round of changes is one list of changes you send us at once, by text or email.
  • Included: wording, prices, services, photos, colors, section order, your phone number and towns.
  • Not included: extra pages, new features, or a different template after your site is live.
  • We finish each round within 1 business day. A third round is $97.
  • From year two, the renewal includes 2 price or photo updates a year.
  1. In your order form you fill out a short logo brief. Required: the exact name, a style (4 picture choices), 1–3 colors or "pick for me," and an icon idea or "pick for me." Optional: a tagline, logos you like, and anything to avoid.
  2. Within 2 business days we send 3 different logo options.
  3. You pick 1.
  4. You get 2 rounds of revisions on the logo you picked: colors, fonts, layout and small details. One round is one list of changes sent at once. A brand-new design is not a revision.
  5. You get final files: full color, white and black versions, plus a square icon, as high-resolution PNG files.
  6. Your site and launch kit go live within 3 business days after you approve the logo.
  7. The clock pauses while we wait on you. If you don't pick a logo within 7 days, we finish your site with your business name in a clean style and add the logo when you're ready.
  8. You own the final logo. The two options you didn't pick stay ours. Trademark search and registration are not included, and we can't promise a logo can be trademarked.
  9. Logos are made with design and AI tools. AI-made artwork may have limited copyright protection, so we don't guarantee you can register or enforce a copyright or trademark on it.

6. Your domain

  • If you need one: in your order form you give us up to 3 names you'd like, in order. We register the first one that's available, for year one, at no extra cost.
  • Included domains are standard names (like .com, .net or .co) that cost up to $15 a year to register. Premium-priced names aren't included. If you want one, you pay the difference.
  • If none of your choices are available, we text you the closest available options and use the one you pick. The clock pauses until you pick.
  • We register the domain in our account so we can run it for you. You can move it to your own account any time your renewal is paid up (section 10).
  • If you already own one: you keep it. You either give us access to update its settings, or we send you the exact steps to point it to your site. Until it's connected, your site runs on a temporary link (section 3).
  • Email addresses at your domain aren't included.

7. Google Business Profile

  • Included in Done-for-you, or $197 as an add-on.
  • We set up or clean up your profile with your business name, phone, service area, hours, services, photos and your website link, and we submit it to Google for verification.
  • Google decides how and when to verify. That may need you: a video of your truck or work, a phone call, a text or a postcard. We walk you through it, but only you can complete it.
  • Verification can take days or weeks. That wait is not part of your delivery time.
  • We can't promise Google will approve the profile, or where it shows up in search or on Maps. If you already have a profile, you add us as a manager so we can work on it. You stay the owner.

8. Custom work

  • Packages are one-page sites built from our templates. Anything beyond that is custom work: online payments or deposits, booking calendars, email systems, customer logins, extra pages, forms, CRM or app connections.
  • Custom work is quoted separately, with a written proposal, and costs a lot more than a package. Ask through our custom builds page.
  • Delivery times and the guarantee in section 3 cover packages only, not custom work.

9. Renewal

  • From year two, $197 a year keeps your site hosted and your domain renewed. We'll remind you before it's due.
  • If you don't renew, your site goes offline. We keep your files for 60 days in case you change your mind.

10. What's yours, what's ours

  • Yours: your business name, logo, photos, words, prices, and every lead and customer message. Leads go straight to your phone. We don't keep or sell them.
  • Ours: the template, the quote builder, the code and the launch kit designs. You get to use them for your business while your site is active.
  • Your domain: if we register it for you and you later want to move it, ask and we'll help you transfer it as long as your account is paid up (see section 6).
  • You confirm the logo and photos you send are yours, or that you have permission to use them.
  • Photos we add: every package includes photos for your site if you don't have enough. We use matching stock or AI-made images and use them as general pictures of your kind of work, not as photos of jobs you did. Swap in your real photos any time; that counts as a change, not extra work.

11. Your content

  • You're responsible for what your site says about your business: your prices, services, towns, and claims like licensed, insured, bonded or years in business. We only add those claims if you tell us they're true.
  • We never add reviews or testimonials unless they're real and you send them to us.
  • Tell us right away if something on your site is wrong. Fixing our mistakes doesn't use up a round of changes.
  • Your site works through your customers' phones: tapping the button opens a text on their phone to yours. We don't control phone carriers or texting apps, and we can't promise every text is delivered.

12. No promise of leads or jobs

We build the site and the kit and make it easy for customers to ask you for a price. We don't promise a number of leads, jobs or income. Results depend on where and how often you share your link.

13. SMS terms

  • Who texts you: Text Me The Job (Darkhorse Traders LLC), from 520-261-9849, or a Text Me The Job rep working with us.
  • When: only if you check a box agreeing to it, or text us first. We text about your preview, your order and your site: your link, build updates, change requests, and renewal reminders.
  • How often: it varies. Usually a few messages around your order. Preview follow-ups are capped at 4.
  • Stop anytime: reply STOP and we stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying.
  • We don't sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.
  • Texts from your own site: when a customer taps "Get my price" on your site, their phone opens a text to you. They send it themselves, from their own phone.

14. Rep terms

  • Reps are independent sellers, not employees or agents of Darkhorse Traders LLC. You're responsible for your own taxes.
  • You earn 25% of the money we actually collect from customers who order through your link: $124.25 on Site, $174.25 on Site + Kit, $249.25 on Done-for-you, plus 25% of add-ons. This rate applies to sales made on or after October 31, 2026. We figure it on the price before processing fees, and pay after the customer's payment clears.
  • Refunded or charged-back payments aren't commissionable. If one was already paid out, it comes off your next payout.
  • Only promise what's on our main page. No promises of leads, jobs or income, and no discounts we don't offer.
  • Follow platform rules and texting laws. Message people one at a time. Only text people who gave you permission, and stop when someone says stop.
  • Don't make fake accounts, fake reviews or spam. We can end rep access at any time. Commissions already earned on cleared payments are still paid.
  • The service is provided as is. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
  • Arizona law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect orders already paid for.
