Refunds and cancellation

Delivery guarantee and refunds

• The guarantee: we deliver within your package's delivery time (see Packages), counted from your completed order form. If we miss it, you get your build fee back, meaning the package price you paid.
• The clock pauses while we're waiting on something only you can give us. That includes a missing price list, an answer to a question we text you, your logo pick, or access to a domain you already own.
• If your own domain isn't connected yet (for example, you're bringing a domain you already own), we deliver your site on a temporary link and move it to your domain as soon as we can. Delivery on the temporary link counts as on time.
• Google's verification of your Business Profile is not part of any delivery time (see Google profile).
• The clock also pauses during an outage at a company we rely on, such as our hosting provider, the domain registrar or Google. This is rare, and we'll tell you if it happens.
• Outside the guarantee, payments aren't refundable once we've started building, because the work is custom to your business.
• Add-ons are refundable only if we haven't started them.
• There are no refunds, credits or damages for outages, slowdowns, missed texts, or leads or jobs you believe you lost. See Outages in the terms.

Cancellation

• Each package is one payment, by card, before we start. No monthly fee in year one. There are no payment plans.
• From year two, $197 a year keeps your site hosted and your domain renewed. That includes 2 price or photo updates a year.
• We do not bill this automatically. At renewal we send an invoice. You pay that invoice to keep the site and the hosting.
• If you don't pay, the site goes offline. We keep your files for 60 days in case you change your mind.
• You keep ownership of your content, and of your domain, as the terms describe in What's yours. Your business name, logo, photos, words, prices, and every lead and customer message stay yours. If we registered the domain, you can move it to your own account any time your renewal is paid up.
