This covers what Text Me The Job (Darkhorse Traders LLC, 7959 N Thornydale Rd #89792, Tucson, AZ 85752) collects, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Previews: the business name and trade you type, and which rep link you came from. If you add a logo, a photo or a phone number on a preview, they stay on your own device and aren't sent to us unless you order.
• "Text me this link": your phone number, and the exact consent wording you agreed to, with the date.
• Order form: your name, business details, phone, email, services and prices, and the logo and photos you upload. We save your answers on our server as you type, so you can pick up where you left off and we can help if you get stuck.
• Quote photos and videos on our customers' sites: when someone adds photos or a short video to a price request, they're stored so the business owner can open them from the text.
• Reps: name, phone, email, city, and a PIN (stored scrambled, never as plain text).
• Site visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used (for example, how many people start a preview or open checkout). Google sets cookies to do this. It doesn't get your name, phone number or form answers. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
• Your browser may save your preview and form answers on your own device so you don't have to retype them.

How we use it

• To build and run your site, text you about your order if you agreed to that, credit the right rep, and answer your questions.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't share your phone number for anyone else's marketing.
• A rep sees a preview's business name and trade when it came from their link. They see your phone number only if you asked to be texted.

Where it's kept

• On Cloudflare's servers, in the United States. Payments go through our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• We keep order records while you're a customer, plus 2 years after. Unfinished order forms and preview logs are deleted after 12 months.
• Quote photos and videos are kept for up to 12 months.
